Frequently asked questions

Who is PromoterPilot for?+

Venues that host live entertainment — restaurants, bars, breweries, hotels, theaters, festivals and more — and the performers who play them.

Is artist registration free?+

Yes. Basic artist registration is free.

Can any venue join?+

Venues can request early access now. We're onboarding in stages and will contact venues as capacity opens.

Is the software available nationwide?+

Not yet. PromoterPilot is currently operating in a founding-venue pilot at InTune Supper Club in Farmington, NY. We're collecting early-access interest from venues across the United States.

Does PromoterPilot replace booking agents?+

No. It's a tool for organizing bookings, agreements and events. Venues and artists can continue working with agents.

Does it integrate with existing ticketing services?+

Not currently. Ticketing integrations are being considered for future releases.

Are electronic contracts supported?+

Electronic contracts and signatures have been built but are pending activation or verification. They are not yet in normal production use.

How are performer payments handled?+

Settlement and payment recording have been built and are pending activation or verification. PromoterPilot does not process or hold payments — venues pay performers through their own methods.

When will paid subscriptions become available?+

No date has been set. Pricing shown is proposed introductory pricing, subject to availability and final terms. Early-access members will be notified first.
