PromoterPilot started inside a real venue — not a boardroom. It originated from the everyday challenges of managing entertainment at InTune Supper Club in Farmington, New York.
What we kept running into

- The need for dependable calendars.
- The importance of clear agreements.
- The desire to simplify event promotion.
- The need for transparent compensation records.
Every show meant dozens of calls, texts and emails. Dates lived in one place, terms in another, promo plans in someone's head. When something slipped, the venue and the performers both paid for it.
So we started building the tool we wished we had: one connected workflow from the first booking request to the final settlement.
That platform is now in its founding-venue pilot — and PromoterPilot is the independent software brand built to bring it to venues across the country.
